Curious?

Hi!

How are you doing? A big warm welcome to my lovely new blog buddies, thank you for joining me here.

I can't believe it is already February! So much has happened of late that the time seems to be flying by! Did you get to read the January issue the Simply Cards & Papercraft magazine? If not, you probably haven't seen my winning makes... the Card Designer 2014... where am I going with this... well, the February issue is now out so I can now show you what I made for the competition and what I won. I know you are curious... I was :) Here are some photos of the makes...

The bird house before I got my hands on it,...

Everything was made from scratch... I really wanted to win so even made speckled eggs with feathers in the nest :)

Here's the £1000 worth of prize from the most wonderful sponsors...

4 large parcels full of goodies :)

What a fab selection of crafty goodness, right?! I also received a fab selection of CD Roms by Seif. I will add a pic later. Thank you all! I feel blessed and I definitely don't need to buy another paper pack... ever! :)
Once again, a big thank you to the Simply Cards & Papercraft team for selecting my makes and of course to the sponsors for being so generous. I will use your gorgeous supplies over time and hope to do a justice to your wonderful designs.

Thank you for stopping by! I'll be back soon! Hugs,

  2. I did see the article Ingrid but your pictures are much better - we can now see all sides and inside too. I love the rich red of your Christmas card and that beautiful notelet set is so cute. Then my favourite - the bird house - you even made the eggs - you are a very creative and talented lady - all of them are gorgeous and special in their own right. I have green eyes of envy for the Spectrum Noir prize and I've always loved DCWV papers - they do such lovely quality too. Enjoy your new stash - you earned it hun Karen xx
